The following information is usually required during the loan process:
REFINANCE
- Most recent mortgage statement
- Homeowner’s insurance binder
- Most recent property tax bill
- 30 days worth of your most recent paystubs
- 2012, 2011 and 2010 W-2’s
- 2 years most recently filed federal tax returns (all pages)
- 2 months most recent bank statements and any applicable retirement accounts, IRA, etc… (all pages)
- If the borrower is self-employed, we will also need 2 years most recent business tax returns and K1 statements (all pages)
PURCHASE
- 30 days worth of your most recent paystubs
- 2012, 2011 and 2010 W-2’s
- 2 years most recently filed federal tax returns (all pages)
- 2 months most recent bank statements and any applicable retirement accounts, IRA, etc… (all pages)
- If the borrower is self-employed, we will also need 2 years most recent business tax returns and K1 statements (all pages)
- If the borrower owns other properties, then we will need the following documents if they intend on keeping it:
- Most recent mortgage statement
- Homeowner’s insurance binder
- Most recent property tax bill
